Of course, Netherlands plays host to the first festival on my list, not for the first time. The notorious Warehouse Elementstraat sees an awesome Techno lineup come to play the Unpolished Festival. "The Most Beautiful Festival in the World". Beautiful beaches, an incredible setting, an amazing lineup. It's fair to say that of all the festivals on this list, I am crying a little inside that I can't attend this one. The festival that Fyre wanted to be.
But of course, I advise you to!
Hard to pick some standouts from this list of standouts, but I'll say Nicole Moudaber, and Ricardo Villalobos. Although the beachfront settings would also suit Audiofly. Hmmmmm...

Lost in a Moment - Israel

Originating at el Monasterio, Barcelona in 2012, this ambitious event intends to break all the rules. The site claims that it is neither a festival, nor a party, and certainly not a rave. But it claims that it shares one common element with all of these, that is, the music.
Taking place in the outdoor light in Israel, in a remote location, it intends to give a strong sensation of space.
